Man...huumid!.....Hit the road today...yesterday was a bummer cause I could not get me out of the bed...and I definitely needed the run.......I am not soo sure the running was so great...but the excercise was just what this body needed.......
I have texted the boys to get up and they are grumbling in the back of the house...AWAY from me...which is good.......early morning grumbling drives me nuts...I'd rather just be quiet.....which may be hard for some to believe..since I can be a motor mouth....
the morning light hit the trees on the other side of the lake...and the walkers were out this morning.....my friend encouraging me to go up the longest hill on my run...but I had a minor crisis when i got ready to run.....let's just say I found out that there are no real benefits to a zippered front sports bra.....luckily it was pretty dark under the trees....but i was wondering what I would do when it started getting light....
anyway....that was the drama for the run.....after that it was All DOWN hill!
The dogs were out in full force...but I guess they have gotten used to me now..cause they all greeted me with tails wagging and smiles on their faces...if dogs can smile..!
I have to get ready for 12hrs of work today....and jcah..is here...woohoo...!!
