"little less conversation" that's what Elvis was singing this morning...

...that's what I was trying to do this morning....since the runs have been less than
what I can do.....and for the most part..think I succeeded....
did the 3 in 30...and it has been pretty yuckola.....especially the last run..the time was
awful!.......I am going to be working on that ....a lot less walking.....
don 't know if elvis was talking about running or not...but hey....it applies to the moment....
anyway.....I woke up at 420 this morning..supposed to go in at 5...but the census was not that high last night..so, asked them to call if they needed me only..and since they didn't...I got me on up..and hit the road...it is sooo humid out there.......I walked up the hill....dark and starry out this morning....the days are getting shorter already.....took my little flashlight...and headed on around the lake......familiar plop of my little creature friends...NOT.....yucko...!!!...anyway... made it to the boat dock...and slowed down...cause I can't seem to get my dang breathing right....it is so stupid....i start off fine...and I am thinking of other things...but as soon as I think...ok...breathing is just right..what happens...i mess it up....@!!!!!!.......I'll figure it out....
well...the shower is calling...the boys are in there eating..and I have already started a small argument with my youngest...and it is MY fault...so guess I will go apologize now.......
I think...Elvis is right on... a little less conversation applies........
