Takin' it to the streets...

another new day.....thank YOU GOD! for new days......
woke up .....early....................
waited til the sun was about to rise..and hit the road.......the pink and the blue
over those dark trees greeted me with a new day....
one of work and kids and school........and patients waiting for babies to come.....someday...
lol...

I have the fortunate opportunity to see people ... at one of the most vulnerable times of their lives.......those babies fat or thin.....large or small...those creatures we hope to leave this world to for another generation of love and loss and family and kids of their own.....

where is your heart....kelly clarkson.....singing in my ear....as I run around the lake.......the skies are blue today...and the sun on my face is warm already......humidity that is thick.....a wish for rain runs thro my thoughts....all of which you can see are not too connected......the run is good ...the legs are stronger and the breathing better....improving..but not where i want to be....

the phone rings on my hip...and a coworker wants a ride to work..and then calls back to say no she found her keys...i have stopped to wake the boys...and they are not responding....they know it is 10 more min before i will enter the house..so they can sleep until i rattle the doorknob.....
they are kind boys....blue and gray green eyes looking at me thro sleep or pain or funnies that happen thro the day......we are off to another busy one...12 hrs for me...and almost that for them.....
good day to all...

Patti,
Come do Disney Half or Marathon with us in January. I think there's room in Hallie, Susan, and Carol's room at the Pop Century Hotel. Come on, it'll be fun. Hallie, Susan, and Carol are doing the half(right Carol?), T'knesha and I are doimg the whole, and Michelle is doing the Goofy Challenge by doing both. Other LMMers going are: Paula, Bessie, Mark S., Chris and Christy King, and a couple of others. You're right on schedule in your training for January. :-) Think about it.

Oh, cherish having them at home to wake up in the mornings. Believe it or not, I miss having them home to be able to do that although I used to grumble about them not being able to wake up to their own alarm clock!
