made me get up this morning.....the alarm went off at 515...and i thought..naaaa...and then..yep...gotta get to it.....I am sorry when I lose that fight...everytime.....
I felt better about the run......more running less walking....I was tired..and the time was not soo good but the legs DO feel better and I am breathing the way I should be.......time will tell...huh?
up the hill....stars out and the moon is I guess an 8th....?? anyway....the stars and the moon are out this morning.....in a navy blue sky.........i run starting at the first mailbox.....down the hill and over the dam...the lake is waking up ...bugs hitting the water and the frogs plop plopping..YUCK!.....(i hate those things......altho'....i do like the little green one that stands guard at the front door on my brick wall)l...................
the music is good this morning....my friday morning run music.....that is what the playlist is called....Elvis Presley...'a little less conversation'..always think of those velvet paint by number posters when I hear him....and my oldest brother loves him...... :-)

boys are up...eating and showering...ready for a new day at school.....
