My house is torn up!......and it is a strange color...feel like I am in another place..which is good.....boy do I have some work to do...!!!! everything is everywhere...
hit the flats today...more walking than anything.....too much thinking.....I am tired today...and the running was not so hot.....I may go again this evening just for the heck of it....who knows!......it makes me feel good to get out into the open air....
