Man have I been moving....no sitting still for me this weekend...I am ready for graduation to be over! It's wearing us all out....We had a great time at the lake tho'......boats and tubing and food and friends...all good!
Awakened by the bull in the china closet that lives with me.....I took him to school and then drove to the flats......the sun was working it's way up in the sky and its rays were filtered thro the trees there......I began my run with my usual slow trot to start....I ran intervals today ...and walked the last half mile....I did 4 .....not great but then again I was just making me go today......the songs carried me most of the way...and I am now ready to face the day...I have a low census...... praying that it will be all day....
went to church yesterday ..speaking of praying.....the message was on observation...and I think it probably hit home.....all about observation...don't just observe life...BE a part of it......I think that is true and something I am going to strive for......because sometimes....that is what I do..............
