Sparkling blue skies and flowers raining down in the park....the overhanging trees with tiny white buds that peppered me with their petals and filled this mind with their essence......all greeted me today.....wrapping me up in the world I travel to as the pat pat pat of these feet lull me into a rhythm......the music plays ...accompanying the moments of this time......funny how I can attach certain tunes to the places I run........
even tho' I use run loosely these days...very loosely.....I do not feel I really have the right to define myself as a runner.......I am moving ...how about that..?..........I mostly did the 3:1 thing today...it was ok......I am just so dang tired ......who knows why....I blame it on the schedule.....and probably little bit of it is the mindset.....it is all a mind game anyway..isn't it?.........................
my boys and I are skipping church today...I have a painter coming to paint the inside tomorrow...sooo...i am trying to get furniture moved and walls stripped of pictures.......yea!
the day is a beautiful one...I intend to get out again in a while.....
