didn't have to work this morning....
no pts. at the time...so hit the park.....the wind is blowing the leaves all over the place........the spring green is everywhere..and man is it FINE!.....
I keep seeing these 3 women walking around with these poles ...that look like ski poles.....seems like it would be much easier to just walk.....what do I KNOW!?....
anyway......3 miles....my legs were hurting today..and the knees were aching...I am thinking......aleve is in order.........I want to be able to run further tomorrow....keep your fingers crossed....
