I am awake.....
I have been sleeping soooo good of late...made the statement
to someone at work yesterday...guess I jinxed myself....
the drip drip drip of rain outside my window.....reminds me of that
ticking clock.......I wonder where those years of effortless sleep went....
creates serious thoughts.....ones that are all better in the light of day.....
I am in need of a long run........I will be ridiculously tired today at work....
so, every pt. in town will show up........yea..I know..negative.....

word of the day.....COURAGE....none of the definitions satisfied...so, I have my own.....courage is the will, the perseverence, the desire to do a thing even if it hurts the very one who acts.....it is not one of logic or technical understanding it is within a person.....part of their soul......
