Well....they acted like we were going to be digging out of the snow today...but alas..nooo...I woke up at 6.....then...at 830....nice to have a good nights sleep.............
You could see your breath even then...so I headed out to the park bundled a little more than I should........the pat, pat, pat of the road under these feet felt good...i seemed to have the place to myself.....as I followed the road's bends and curves...i erased thoughts from this head...and listened to the music...and wished I was one of those real runners....... :-/.....oh well......I can at least move..and it feels good to have control of this bod.....I am very thankful for that...
Work has been busy...and I am tired after the 12's...but I think I am going to have to dig up that old routine of rising at 5 and running...I can't seem to get the time in to do it when I wait......
My boys are all over the place.....I'm having dinner with my niece tonight...sushi.......and an exciting visit to Target.......yea..Saturday night.....
