found myself working the last few days and no running except around there...and not tooo much at the hospital....sooo...went to the park and found a new place to run that is actually much closer to my house than I realized.....AND it is flat and amazingly beautiful. The roads are covered with old trees.....shade that feels fabulous...cause today was pretty warm for the 18th of October....every turn in the road was picture perfect ....we watched the sunset over the hills here and man was it FINE!...
We ran 4 miles i think...not sure cause i need to find out where and how far everything is........I can tell I have not run the last 3 days.....I had felt so good the last few runs.....stronger....but today...I am worn out.....the dang 12's are kicking my butt.....and it has not been as busy the last few days.........I hope to go again tomorrow morning...when it is not soo hot and I can see what the mileage happens to be....
