went to the park this afternoon...HOT.....but headed out to do 4 miles....
did it ok...i guess.....I have been a tired puppy ...don't know why.....the work this
weekend was not really work.........well...that's the whining...
I felt better after I did it...came home to abc soup...and watched a little tv...
folded a never ending pile of laundry...and I think I am going to turn in early...
plan to hit the park again in the morning...couple of people to run with....altho' I will use that term
loosely..since I have been running and walking a lot....we'll see what happens tomorrow...
and all those mmer's...hope you are not
too discouraged there is always another marathon...
