WOOHOOO! it is friday!.....woke up at 645 this morning to kids getting ready for school and the phone ringing....a friend calling to say she could not run this morning....too much work to do....sooo....layed there til the kids kissed me bye...and decided to throw myself out of bed and get to it!...
I couldn't decide where to go ....but I was itching to hit the flats again in the park....that run yesterday was so nice........
Made my way to the park .....stretched a little...walked a little..and then set out to run......but guess what...somebody put lead in these legs...i was dying....it was the same way yesterday.........I just kept on and ended up doing (i think)4-5 miles.........just enough to get warmed up and then I had to go home.....
chores to do......I am trying to get those done before the weekend hits...cause I want to play.....hope it is all good for you...
