Happy Halloween and all that stuff.....now that that's out of the way...
I decided yesterday to get up and go again to the park...except this time I went to the front and tackled all the hills and stuff that I knew would probably send me over the edge.....I have been running a lot this week....not sooo many miles but enough to get me back into some sort of exercise program....it was dark when we started with the sun just coming up over the hilltops....I headed out like I usually do...walking and sllllloowwwer than the slow I usually run.....
I have been off work a lot over the last week or so...and it has been a nice reprieve.....I enjoy my job but sometimes the 'stuff' that goes with it and just taking care of people all of the time has been exhausting....it is nice to take care of 'my people' and doing the things I have needed to do around here.....
