It's me again....guess what I did...!!!!
I ran 3.5 this morning...in the cool of the park....flats........
and then this evening I can't say it was a REAL run...but I moved 4 miles....
Yes...you can say ...wow! I can, too...cause I haven't done didley squat in a long long time.....
it's been a great weekend!

p.s. see that door Rusty is in front of....over the last few days...I put the wreath up...planted 5 pots of pansies....and put a fountain up on my patio...and painted the patio furniture.....it's great out there with my lights and the sound of the water....I LIKE it.... :-)
