What a dang week!.... I worked the weekend and had a day off and then back to the hospital...it is slow one minute and nuts the next...and it has worn me OUT...
.....I got home today...after running a few errands....and took a 15 min 'power' nap..and then hit the road....the weather was great...and the sights in the evening hours are a little different than the quiet mornings.....the lake was sparkling at this time of day...and the kids were out playing in the cooler weather....a coworkers children were outside bragging to friends and swaggering around....the brothers are chocolate brown with beautiful brown eyes..and smiles that light up your day just looking at them.....I hear her fussing about their mischievious ways...and i can understand but how can you resist healthy beautiful children.....
..i am running the usual lake route....and my legs feel tired......the week has been sleepless....i am hoping this run will make that better.....i have not drank enough water today..and i can tell...i tried to get my own man child to run with me..and he grinned and said NOT!.....i should have told him i would have pity on him and let him win...HA....HA....
anyway...this is rambling on with no particular end......
basicly..the run sucked....and i am tired...but.....tomorrow i plan to go again...
and the next day too....and hopefully things will get better........
