what a beautiful morning.....
the road is silent at 545 this morning...the sun is not out..the moon glows behind the scanty clouds racing over it.....and i begin my run at the top of the hill ......running over the dam the lake is still......and quiet....no fishermen......and only one big fish in the middle fighting for its breakfast i suppose...
I feel pretty good as I run a little more than I did the first of the week.....
I am tired and i think of going back to bed when i get home .....catch a few more minutes of rest....not sure if i will or not now that i am here.......
4 miles today....better....and I think..i may try to do some tonight or maybe tomorrow morning....It is beginning to get easier now..and that feels good....
one step at a time....that is what it takes to do a marathon i am told....
all i want to do is run......a little further and a little better.....
