Yes....I DID get up and go run....430...hit the road with my friend.....she drug me the last mile .....it was a fair run....I am out of shape...and it irritates me that I have to work so hard to get back to the place I was.....even tho' that might have not been impressive to some it was better than not doing anything like I have been doing.....
Work was soooo busy....and I am tired.....so....I'll go....zzzzzzzzzzzzz
