Yesterday up with the birds......and off to the park.....3 miles approx...give or take a yard.....I walked most of it...the hills were killing me.....but...I did it........................
run 2.....off to my old haunt...the lake..................I walked to the stop as usual...and then ran the dam .......my music had my attention...and I can't say what was happening on the water except for the black blob in my peripheral.......today....was a day of concentrating on not concentrating....lol......yea...i know......ridiculous huh.....sometimes you just get tired of thinking.....ya know?...........I guess you don't if you aren't inside of this mind....but........I want to lighten up.....time to give myself a hug.......which I will do soon.......one way or another.....
