another day .....

I was off yesterday for a nice change.....to Jackson for some shopping therapy....got some nice things......And then to dinner with a friend......

I ran yesterday.....I'll say that very loosely....about 3miles...
This morning I woke up at 430.....yea...I know....can't manage to get out of the bed when I work so many 12's....and then when I am off I can't stay in the bed....but at least the rest was good......and that is all that really matters.....I have clothes to wash and stuff to do today....

The run this morning was better than it has been......made me feel like I am improving....I am soooo out of shape.....but today I got that feeling you get when it just feels good to be moving and the music is good and the scenery is beautiful....and the company is interesting....and and and......LOL...
