well.....out the door and to the park.....did the north loop....3.9 miles.....I cannot brag about the run...but for me it was better than it has been...I am happy to say I am running more and walking less...altho' my bud showed me up big time........I have needed to run more consistently...and I think I am going to be able to do that.....
I did do something funny tho'...got to the park..it is still kind of dark...and my contacts are giving me fits....I think I have put them in the wrong eye....I have this 40 thing going on...you know the one....where your arm needs to be about 4 ft long to read anything.....anyway.....I'm sitting in my car using my drops to get the things back in....i have one for near and one for far...and if you get those mixed up then you have a hell of a headache........ahhhhh problems problems......
I have to meet with insurance folks today...weeeeee......and I am going to south missisippi.......I am really wanting a day to read or just stare off into space......not sure if that will happen......
