early to rise early to bed...........makes for a long long long day.....
woke up at 4 am to get my oldest to the bus for a trip to Orlando....
soooo....
I managed to get to the park after I took the youngest to school.....
730 ......4 miles....not bad........and happier with my time...even tho' I am wondering what the deal is.........I just stayed caput toooo long......
