TA DA!....I know that you will not understand what I am talking about...but do you know how it is when you read a cartoon with the little bubble over the person's head and there is a light bulb that is radiating there.....well.....picture me with that little bubble over my head.....
I think that finally I may get it.......MAY being the operative word.....I don't want to jinx myself.......lol......
OK...to the run.......got up late.....went to bed with the intention of moving early.....ran the park....about 3 miles...1 mile walk...2 miles run....it was good....just need to do more.....the sunshine is great!......
I had the place to myself...and I just loped around listening to my ipod.....it was all good as my son says......
NOW...off to labor and delivery!
