i have been working ...and working..trying to get my boys ready for summer trips....and me ready for whatever....
I woke up at 230...and could NOT for the life of me get back to sleep....sooo...stayed up a while...and then let my ipod lull me to sleep just in time for the alarm to go off...i meant to run yesterday morning..but slept in...so i promised me to do this today....not a spectacular run..cause i have not been drinking enough .....but the legs are definitely getting stronger...i can pull the hills sooo much better.....and the breathing seems to be a little better...too.........
the lake was very quiet....and the neighbors with the pool were out getting ready to set the boat out into its quiet depths....not even a duck on the lake today......all is quiet in the neighborhood...my friend was out.....walking his usual gait a little one sided...from a replacement hip, i think.........he is serious this morning...and i don't stop for long....he wishes me well up hell hill....and cheers me on in his usual fashion........
my youngest will be going with his uncle to the farm to work..and play...they will fish....feed the baby calf that my brother found wandering in one of the many pastures he looks over........and there is reports of a new litter of kittens and a colt is in the pasture...and his namesake rusty ...the australian shepherd will be waiting to herd him around the farm.......... my brother is quiet and easy..he will let him drive the truck along country roads..and feed him from the big garden that he always has...............he keeps this house full of life and i will miss him...but the fun he has and the enjoyment is worth the missing....
the oldest one needs some attention..and i plan to do some things with him.....before he goes on his trip.........there are chores to do around here.....and work at the hospital for me......
i am going to run tomorrow.....or whatever it is i do.....moving moving moving....
