can you believe!? the year is almost over.......
well..............
hit the road this morning 4.5 miles....the 'flats'.....it was quiet and cool around 8.......me and my ipod started to the circle.....Grant was still there...sitting on his horse......looking over the property that he had confiscated for the union..... (just a little history)...anyway.....the sun is out here .....and it is a perfect fall day......I huffed and puffed and managed my miles.......Major Goodspeed was holding the fort down the road....He is a sign from God I think.....one that tells me I should be doing this running thing......oh well...I took it that way when I noticed him....lol
anyway.......it is gorgeous and I have lots to do....
plan to head out of town tomorrow.....maybe I'll get a run in when we go to d. c.......you think....???? a patriotic run, maybe...?.....we'll see.....
