missed me?

Missed me?....well.......I have been working and playing and working......
did I say working.......at the hospital and around the house.............
Everyone else in the world has been doing the same....

Today was 'D' day....time to get back to it......my youngest started cross country today...and I decided that I would start when he did......of course...it will take him much less time to get it together than I will...but hey...the joys of youth!.....

This 45 yr old bod hit the road sceptically this morning...the black of the trees against the cloudy sky with the sliver of a moon's smile peaking thro the wispy stuff that floated by......and stars twinkling scattered about.......they all watched as I huffed and puffed......I can tell I have not been doing this diligently enough...but I don't care....I will get me back to it....it feels good to do...and not be just thinking I should be..............

I didn't even hear the music in my ears today...thinking of nothing mostly except the pat of these feet and the sweat running down my back.......I am sure there is a funny in here somewhere but I don't know what it is..................I have 3 days off.....start back to work Thursday....I plan to do some form of excercise those days...and then stagger it out til I am off again....Russ starts back to school Monday.....yuck...
I am not ready.....we will be back to the grind..and I am not sure I want to get back into that schedule...but no choice unless i want to raise an illiterate highly uneducated young man....sooooo......
