HI

hi.....the day has started out not sooo good....maybe i'll write about that later...but for now...I'll stick to the good part.....

got the boys out of here...and hit the park......not a very long run because of the afore mentioned 'not so good'.....but...got 3 in....I had planned for 5 but I knew it would take too long.....so....i may go back this afternoon....

the sun is out..and the blue sky is peaking thro the trees with sun rays traveling thro the branches and leaves like laser beams in the dark.......(hey..didn't know how to describe it...you get it don't ya?)....anyway...i run thro the sunlight and wonder if I could be beamed up if I stood there long enough...probably not.......
My muscles are stiff and I stop and try to stretch me out a little....the serious looking rap star watches me as i try to stretch this IT.......I pass 2 walkers that are afraid to speak or make eye contact ...what's up with that..?....oh well....the squirrels are having acorn fights and the leaves are falling like rain in one particular historic circle......and I fancy myself in another place because I have a bunch of junk I don't want to deal with today....but I managed to get the other junk that I didn't want to deal with done... I might as well get over it...soooo, I give myself this run and think of the friends I have and the ones that are past..... remembering the laughing times and hope that they are ok.........I drown out some of these thoughts with the music....santana...rob lowe...nickelback and kellye clarkson....they are all singing to me......
well.....a girl can fantasize...

.anyway.......

I head for my car and hope to return this afternoon.........
